He expressed deep regret, and said he was mad at the time. A waitress, giving evidence, said, "After Monsieur killed Madame, he settled his bill very calmly and gave amUch bigger tip than usttal." ■•
- The jury found that there were extenuating eireumstances, and Ramos was sentencod to five years' imprisonment.
