MANY CONVICTIONS.
SIX MONTHS FOR THEFT. vPBESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) PALMERSTON N., January 14. At the Police Court this morning, John James Robs, aged 41, with several aliases and 22 previous convictions, mostly for theft, was sentenced to six months' imprisonment on each of two charges of theft, the terms to be concurent.
