WELCOME TO NEW MINISTER.

The members of the Moorhouse avenue Church of Christ assembled on Thursday night to accord a welcome to Mr G. A. Earlo and Mrs Earle, who have come from Melbourne to work for tho church in Christchurch. Mr H. Ames,' treasurer of the church, presided, and tho other speakers were Mr H. W. Crowe, secretary, and Mr T. Fee, and Mr J. Crawford, who spok'e on behalf of the Christchurch Ministers' Association and the St. Albans Church of Christ. A telegram was received from the Dominion Executive of the Churches of Christ, conveying tho congratulations and good wishes of the executive. On Sunday Mr Earle commences his ministry..
