[THE PEESS Special Service] WELLINGTON, January 13. Having previously pleaded guilty to the theft of a suit case and clothing valued at £9 10s, the property of George Moir Johnson, Douglas Vernon Dennv, a motor-driver, aged 19, appeared before Mr W. G. Riddell, S.M., for sentence in the Magistrate's Court to-day. Deiniy came to Wellington in a service car, and as he had nowhere to go, was allowed to sleep in the garage.
