LONDO*, January 11The Riga correspondent of "The Times'' states that the direct RigaVladivostock railway of 6800 miles, the longest in the world, which ceased 10 years ago when the Germans captured Ri"a, is being resumed on January 17 th under an agreement between Russia and Latvia. There will be one journey a uvek each way, occupying 13 days.
