Direct from Calcutta, the Union Company's Waihora arrived at Wellington on Monday morning. She left Calcutta on December Bth with a full shipment of general cargo, and, except for three or four days of rather heavy weather off Capo Leeuwin, the whole 33 days passed uneventfully. Captain G. Baldwin is in command of the vessel, and with him are the following officers: Chief, Mr J. H. Miller; second, Mr W. Cole; third, Mr D. W. Blacklaws; chief engineer, Mr J. Rankine; second, Mr Clark; third, Mr McConville; fourth, Mr McMurran; wireless operator, Mr •Mcintosh; chief steward, Mr Brown. The Waihora was to leave Wellington last evening to complete unloading at Lyttelton, Dudedin, and Bluff. CORINTHIC FROM LONDON. The Shaw, Savill Company'* liner Corinthio arrived in tho stream at 5.20 p.m. at Wellington from London and Southampton, via Panama, and berthed at tho Pipitea Wharf at 7.30 p.m. The Corinthic left London on December 2nd for Southampton to take in mails and passengers. She sailed from Southampton at 1.30 p.m. on December 3rd, and fine weather prevailed throughout tho run to Colon, which was reached on Docember 18th. After coaling, tho vessel loft again tho sumo day, passing straight through the Canal. Fine weather continued, and Pitcairn Island was reached at 9 a.m. on December 30th. An hour's stay was made at the island. Fine weather continued throughout tho last stage of tho voyage. The trip was uneventful, although the passengers entered the Yuletide festivities with much zest, a Christmas tree being provided by tho saloon passengers for tho children travelling third-class.
