The Progress takes in cargo here to-day for Wellington, Now Plymouth, and Waikato. The Kiwitea ia due to-morrow from Auckland, Napier, and Wellington. N ' She discharges here and then loads for Timaru, Oamaru, Dunedin, and Bluff. The Tees is expected to-morrow from the Chathams, and, after discharging and loading, she will sail again for the Islands. The John should arrive at Lyttelton on Thursday to take in cargo for Wellington, Wanganui, and New Plymouth. The C. and D. liner Eort Bowen is due at Lyttelton to-morrow morning from Wellington to continue discharge of her Liverpool cargo. The Gale, due to-morrow from Timaru, is to be dispatched in the afternoon with general cargo for Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. . The Breeze should arrive from the north on Thursday, and is to sail the same day for Dunedin and Timaru. The Kahika is expected on Saturday from Timaru. She sails in the afternoon for Wellington, Napier, and Gisborne. The Waipiata loads here at the end ol the week for Auckland. The Maheno discharges and loads at Lyttelton to-morrow, and is timed to sail on the arrival of the 4.5 p.m. train from Christchurch, for Melbourne, via Dunedin ana Bluff. The New Zealand Shipping Company s Remuera arrived at Wellington yesterda> from London and Southampton. It was hoped to dispatch her last evening for L,«telton, but her departure was regarded as doubtful. The New Zealand Shipping Company reports that the Huntingdon, now completing her loading at Auckland, is to leave mere finally on January 151b for London, .uonmouth, Glasgow, and Liverpool. . The Shaw, Savill Company's liner Athenic arrived at Napier on Friday night from Lyttolton to continue loading for Home. She will leave Napier on January 14th for Lyttolton and Wellington to completo, and is duo at Wellington on January '-'lst. She will sail finally from Wellington on January 28th for Southampton and London, via Panama. The Kiwitea was recommissioned at Auckland last wcok with Captain R. Clark in command, who has associated with him tho following officers: —Chief officer, Mr H. L. P. Brown; second officer, Mr J. B. Gibson; third officer, Mr I. H. Thompson. Mr W. J. Freeman has rejoined the Wainui as chief officer, relieving Mr J. h. Adams for orders. Tho Kaitangata was recommissioned at Wellington last week, with Captain F, J. 0. Warern in command. With him are the following officers:—Chief officer, Mr V. D. Johnston; socond officer, Mr W. J. Hill; third officer, Mr P. W. Calvert. Mr S. W.. Hedson has relieved Mr R. D. Brobncr as socond officer of the M.V. Otokia. The latter officer is on holiday leave. The Kamona will recommission at Wellington shortly. Captain J. Green taking command. He has with him the following officers: —Chief officer, Mr H. Evington; second officer, Mr W. A. Dohrn. Captain S. A. Ch'atfleld, late master, Kaimanawa, is on holiday at Auckland. Captain A. H, Davoy, late master, R.M.S. Makura, has been granted holiday leave. The Kalmanawa was recommissioned at Auckland, Captain S. Hewitt taking command. He has with him the following officers: —Chief officer, Mr J. h. Adams; second officer, Mr 11. Abernethy (acting).
