THE LONDON ASSURANCE CORPORATION.
Messrs Sead-Gowing and Company, Insurance Attorneys, Christchurcli and Wellington, announce that arrangements have been completed in London, 'with the Commercial Union Assurance Company, Limited, of London, whereby the Commercial Union Assurance New Zealand management will undertake the control of the London Assurance New Zealand business—the London Assurance retaining its present separate identity and representation. The above applies to New Zealand business only. Messrs Sead-Gowing and Company, who introduced and established the London Assurance in New Zealand in 1920, will continue to bo associated with that Corporation. —1
