FIREMAN INJURED. :r?.Ess issociatiok tilegeau i DUNEDIN, January 9. John Cartwright, a "member of the City Fire Brigade, a single man, aged 22, was admitted to the hospital to-day suffering from injuries to the head and shoulder, received through a portion of the brickwork of a chimney collapsing and striking him while he was attending a fire in Mornington. The building, which was a five-room-ed wooden one, owned ami. occupied bv Mr Valentine, was almost completely destroyed.
