BISHOP CHERRINGTON
DEATH OF MOTHER. [THE PRESS Special Servlca.] AUCKLAND, January 7. The Bishop of Waikato, the Rt. Rev. C. A. Cherrington, received cabled advice to-day of the death of his mother, Mrs Mary Louisa Cherrington, widow of the late Kev. A. O. Cherrington. Mrs Cherrington, who was over 70 years of age, was knocked down by a motor-lorry in Blea3ly, Nottinghamshire, on Boxing Day, and died as a result of her injuries. Mrs Cherrington suffered from deafness. and it is surmised this contributed to the accident.
Bishop Cherrington lost his wife only six weeks ago.
