hi the High Court the Chief Justice referred the application by the newspapers for an interim injunction against Mr . Lang's newspaper tax to a Full Court at Melbourne on February 21st. He; decided that as this tvos a Finance Act.it", was; not a matter .for a single Judge to.deal with.
