Toe Prince of Wales was the principal guest at a bi-oentenary dinner to celebrate the birth of General Wolfe, tilt hero of Quebec. The anniversary w« also celebrated at Westerham, in Kant, where Wolfe was born. Mr Winston Churchill, speaking at ttys dinner, delivered an eloquent panegyric upon the measureless conse(jwnees of the victory on the Heights of Abraham.
