ON January Bth special train for Methven leaves Ohristchurch 8.15 a.m., Rakaia 9.40 a.m., arriving Methven 10.46 a.m., popping at Addington, Templeton, Rolleston, Dunsandel, Rakaia, and where required on the Methven Branch to pick up passengers for Methven. Returning it leaves Methven 6.0 p.m., arriving Ohristchurch 8.18 p.m., stopping at same stations to set down. FARES —Tickets at cheap fares will be issued to Methven from Ohristchurch, Addington, Templeton, Rolleston, Dunsandel, Rakaia, and stations on Methven branch, available by special trains and for day of issne "Vr'om Ohristchurch—Return 9s 6d first, 6s 3d second.
