The Trades Union Congress General Council states it has received messages from the American, Canadian, and French Labour Federations, and AußtroGerman Unions, promising financial assistance, and adds that a report has reached them that the Government has placed embargoes on the funds from foreign countries coming to the Trades Union Congress.
