ABDEL KRIM ATTACKS.

Briand was holding a conference with the Moroccan peace experts news, was received that Abdel Krim had attacked two tribes who recently submitted to the 'French, ad-, vancing 12 to 15 miles. It is reported that Abdel Krim is utilising the Moroccan Sultan's proposed visit to Paris.as propaganda, and is invoking the Koran law prohibiting the Saltan's departure from Morocco.'
