TO 7KZ EIITOI oy "TB3 PBSS3. gi- As a frequent traveller on the Main North road, I would like to draw the attention of the Bangiora Comity Council to the disgraceful state of the road from the Kaiapoi boundary to Moody's, opposite the Tuahiwi road.
