Tho "Daily Chronicle" states that the Home Office and Scotland Yard have made a new move to circumvent tho smuggling of Bed propagandists into Britain, via the Irish Free State. Hitherto there has been no method of preventing undesirable aliens landing in tho Free State, and thonco coming to England, but an Order-in-Oouncil now puts aliens of tho Free - Stato on the same footing as those from abroad.
