RADIO FROM GENEVA.
SPEECH AT LEAGUE COUNCIL. (by cable—press association—copyright.) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) LONDON. September 4. M. Poincare's speech at Geneva on Monday at noon will lie broadcast and heard throughout Britain, if conditions are favourable. The French Government aro providing the land lines between the Swiss frontier and Paris, whence the speech' will be sent out from the high-power station in the Eiffel TWer. It will be picked up at a special listening post in Kent and relayed to Daventry,' London.
