Air A. J. Cook, commenting on the constitution of the Coal Commission, says: "Capital is represented and Labour is not represented. The idea that tho Commission is neutral is absurd." !
The "Daily Telegraph'* estimates the cost of tho first month's subsidy at over £'1,600,000.
