W ' ' • SECOND ACCIDENT AT RiWAKA. (raess ussociatios tel-Ecsa*.) NELSON, September 4. A serious accident is reported i'rom tho Riwaka VaJley track extension works, in connexion with which Darcy Miekell met his death as the result of an explosion a few days ago. Yesterday Raymond Isaac Gibson, a yqung mau, while scrub cutting, fell into a dry riverbed, sustaining severe injuries to his head, including laceration of the brain. His condition is grave.
