CETY OF SINGAPORE ARRIVES. LONDON, September 3. Hie tugs have arrived at Rotterdam with the City of Singapore which was damaged by the explosion of her cargo of petrol at Adelaide. The contract for reconditioning her was secured by a British firm, but as the cost of the work was too high it was decided to t;il%e the vessel to Holland for completion. The tow from Adelaide to Rotterdam is a record one.
