Air Cox agreed with the remark made by Lord Burnham, when a similar inspection was made recently, th-t if the ii'lock House scheme of immigration of boys and girls did not succeed, then there was no otfcr scheme in the British Empire that would succeed. Mr Cox has ilieen appointed chairman of the Commission. Colonel JSsson will join Messns Cox and Poison in Egypt.
