POST OFFICE THOUGHTFULNESS
TO THI EDtIOB OT "TBS PBES^." Sir, —Permit me to use your columns in order to express the general appreciation of the C.llO exhibition of a •water fountain provided by tho Genoral Post Office in Catbedrai square for the benefit, of the public- and particularly of those using outside telepnone. Though not popular, this generous provision for gratuitous baptisms has occasioned much humour. — r °"' S ' °' C " AQI-ABICS.
