WOOL VALUES.
♦— ■ NEW AUSTRALIAN PROPOSAL. (iir cabi.t—rnT.;s association—corTßiQHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AKD N.E. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) SYDNEY. July -1. Referring to tho proposals for tho stabilisation of wool values, at the Sheep iShow luncheon. Mr F. B. .1' alkincr said ho thought that in tho future they could do without any .scheme such as that outlined by Sir John Biggins, if the growers had a council of picked men who would not be on any boards of advice or boards of directors of wool companies, and who would have the confidence of tho fifty or sixty thousand woolgroVers. This council could meet the brokers' council and spread sales over the whulo year, unless otherwise desirable. In f-uc.'n circumstances' the}' would not want such aa elaborate scheme as that suggested by Sir John Biggins.
