The Rome correspondent of the "Observer" says that following a Cabinet Council, it was announced that thfe Government had decided to take strong measures aigainat the fall in tho lira, which Avaa recently' causing the greatest anxiety. There is a feeling that Signor Mussolini should place h'mself at the head of the nation's finances.
