The French reply to the British. Noto has been received in London. It promises sympathetic consideration, lieplies from the other five nations, to which tho circular Note waa sent, have not yet been received. Briand has replied to Mr Chamberlain's Note on the subject of France's debts to England, stating that the French Government is willing to resume as soon as possible negotiations Tviili Franco-Buitiah experts, wihjch. were broken off when M. Herriot fell. Franco's view was that tho amount of tho debt was only ascertainable after a prolonged detailed discussion.
