NEW RECIPROCAL TARIFF AGREEMENT. (BI CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPTBIGHT.) (eeuter's telegbams.) (Received July stli, 5.5 p.m.) OTTAWA, July 4. A new ira.do agroemcnt between Canada and tho West Indies, agreed to as a result of a conference this week, ivill be submitted to Cabiuet for approval. It is understood that the agreement will provide for a more frequent steamer service between Cariada and the West Indies, and favourable tariffs to Canada on agricultural products, particularly flour. Canada will grant reciprocal preference on certain commodities from the Indies, chiefly eocca, sugar, and probably bananas.
