ELECTIONS TO EXECUTIVE. (fSX CißUt PBESS . ASSOCUTIOK—COKMGHT.j (BBUTZB's TSLKMUMS.) HONOLULU, July 2, The Institute of Pacific Relations Cpnvention elected as chairman Mr R. L. Wilbur, president of the Stanford University, who spoke regarding immigration and Pacific affairs. The United States, he said, bore a general attitude of goodwill to all countries in the Pacific. "Wo all face the Pacific together," he said. "Certainly in the domain of science and education -we should be able to come to some understanding to work out common viewpoints with which to avoid conflicts." Mr Duncan Hall, Australia, and Mr J. D. Gow, New Zealand, were elected members of the Executive Committee.
