GERMANY AND POLAND.
NO EXCHANGE OF TRADE. (bt cable—prbss association—cofirioht.) ("the times.") LONDON, July 2. The Berlin correspondent of "The Times" says that the German Government has decided on a counter-meas-ure to Poland's prohibition on the import of German goods. It is pointed out that even apart from coal, the German market is more important to Poland than vice versa, and in a reprisals contest, Poland is likely to be the greater sufferer. On the other hand it may be recalled that the late German, boycott on Polish manufactures merely fostered new industries in Poland.
