SERVICE LEAGUE UNDERTAKES
SCHEME,

The British Empire Service League adopted the sub-committee's report, submitted by Sir Andrew Russell (New Zealand), by which the League undertakes to establish a migration department at an estimated maintenance cost of £25,000 per annum to foster migration within the Empire. The headquarters of the departmsmt will be London.
