Todd (to tho Mayor): Can't you bury tho hatchet now and let us do tho best for the good of the town? You have always been known as a "sport." I appeal to you to be a "sport" now and accept the Council's verdict. The Mayor: I must tell the Council that in the past Cr. Todd has never missed a chance to oppose me. However, I will be a "'sport." I will accept him and give him full powers. Cr. Maude: Three cheers for the Mayor. These -were given while Cr.
