SPAHLINGER SUPPORTED.

BRITISH DOCTORS CONVINCED. (by cable—press association— corraiQHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND K.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) • LONDON, Juno 30. An important meeting; at Crewe, in reference to the Snahlinser treatment of bovine tuberculosis, considered the report of experts, including Dr. Thomas Watts (Conserv.vtive member for Withincrton) and Dr. J. H. Williams (Labour,. Llanelly), who are members of the Medical Committee of the House of Commons, and are just back from visiting Geneva, where they studied tho Spaliliuaer methods. Both reported that they.went with open minds and returned absolutely convinced in the belief that the Spahlinger treatment was tho one cure destined to eradicate tuberculosis in human beings .and cattle. Dr. Watts said: "In the Spahlinger method we hava a, positive means of stamping out tuberculosis in cattle."

Mr Ernest Craig' (Conservatige member for Crewe) announced that he would give a donation of 500 guineas, and there were other subscriptions, to assist Dr. Spahlinger. - An influential committco was appointed to carry out tho recommendations of the six experts who investigated the treatment at Geneva.
