PILGRIMS' ASSOCIATION.
A meeting of the Council of the Canterbury Pilgrims' Association ivas held yesterday afternoon. Present: Messrs J. A. Flesher (in the chair), J. 0. Jameson, E. R. Webb, H. L. Bowker, and C. Hastings Bridge. .'it was decided to send letters of sympathy to Messrs R. C. Bishop and T. Barker in their illness. - , The Council resolved to have the nert quarterly meeting of the Association on October 3rd, and to request Jlr A. D. Dobson to give an address on "The Early Days," 011 that occasion. The treasurer reported that the bank balance of the Association was £2B 7s 9d.
