Le Lievre and others to eell by Public Auction at Dauvauchelles Stock Sale on Friday, July 3rd, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon the well and favourably known properties situated at the head of Gough's Bay. To be sold ae follows: LOT 1—203 Acres 2 Eoods 14 Perches, now in the occupation, of Mr A. F. Le Lievre, being Lot 2, Deprsit Plan 1876. This block consists of low hills, rich gullies and flats running to the sea front. The soil is rich and black, and carrying a heavy sole of cocksfoot, clover and other English grasses. The property has a Westerly aspect, is good warm" lambing country, and is exceptionally well watered by springs. There are no buildings. This block is a piece of exceptionally heavy grazing land, carrying a very heavy sole of cocksfoot, clover and other English grasses, while the cocksfoot seed reaped from.off this block last season was some of the heaviest grown on Banks Peninsula.
