Diogenes today. Mr MeKell immediately cancelled the order, and sent Puddifoot back to gaol to complete his sentence, v.-hen he wili be deported. [Puddifoot was found guilty of nia; l slaughter in connexion with the death of a child and sentenced to three years' hard labour in September. 102.'!. Th: Judge said he was quite satisfied thai, the prisoner did not intend to cause, the death of tlm child.]
