After a protracted sitting and Tory exhaustive enquiry, tho finding was a completo exoneration of Captain Patterson and his officers, also of Captain Mclntvrc, the harbourmaster, and harbour officials Tho Court held that the accident was duo to a_ narrow bank caused bv a submerged Jog. which was deormed to be an act of God. The Court intimated tho decision was unanimous and costs w?ro awarded fc> the master of tJio Cyrcna and pilot.
