NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with "The Counties Act, 1020," Sections 120 and 121, and "The Rating Act, 1908," Sections 48 to 51 (inclusive) and 70, that it is the intention of the Rangiora County Council, at its next Ordinary Monthly Meeting, to be held on FRIDAY, the IOtU Day of JULY, 1925, to make and levy a General Bate of Throe-farthlngs (3d) of u penny in the Pound (£) on the Capital Value of the Rateable Property in the Rangiora Riding, and a General Rate of Three-eighths of a Penny in the Pound (£) on the Capital Value of the Rateable Property in the Oust Riding; also an Hospital and Charitable Aid Board Rato of One-farthlng (Id) of a Penny in the Pound (£) on the Capital Value of the Rateable Property in the Rangiora County. Such rates to be for the period commencing April Ist, 1925, and ending March 31st, 1926.
