Vecnstra, the'pilot of tho balloon "Prince• Lcopokh" - has been declared tho winner of the Gordon-Bennett Cup, and E. Muyter has been placed second.
[lt was reported thai the "Prince Leopold" had been disqualified, and that tho substitute Gordon-Bennett prize was to go to E. Pe Muyter in the "Belgin." De Muyter won the GordonBennett Cup outright for the past three years. Veenstrai and Lieutenant Quersin had an exciting adventure, landing in the sea at night 10 miles from the Spanish coast. They were picked up by a stearoo rin an exhausted state, after drifting for six hours.]
