The Prime Minister (Mr Maejgtang Sing) welcomed delegates from British Guiana, the Barbados, Trinidad, tie Windward Islands, the British Honduras, Jamaica, Boasdi, and the Leeward Island*. The Minister of Finance is chairman. The Hon. Wm. Morrison, of Jamaica, said he felt that a vast increase i» volume of trade would be brought abeat by approaching the subject, as was intended, from a broad Imperial viewpoint, and in the interests of the British Empire.
