FULLERS' OPERA HOUSE.

To-night the firdt appearance is announced of the Moon and Morris Revae Company at Fullers' Opera House. Thi3 is ■an entirely new combination that has only just got to-' gether, with a result that Christchurch is to eee tho premiere performance. The producer is Mr Walter George, whose reputation is so well known as to need- no further introduction. 'These brilliant comedians, ; George Moon and Dan Mcrris, will be playing the principal parts, while their support is said to be Really excellent. Included in. the company are Lily Foster (soprano), Vera Sewcll (contralto), Lily Denville (aoubrette), Jean Keith (soio danseuse), Sidney Burcha.ll (baritone), "William Beresford (tencr), Claude Holland (light comedian), and a ballet of Bix that have teen specially chosen for this combination. Rehearsals are now in progress, and the opening production, which is. entitled "A.King for a Day," promises to be something out, of the ordinary; The dressing will be 011 the sumptuous soale'which is usually, associated with Mr Walter George's productions while special attention has been paid to the ecenio effects. . • ' " The supporting vaudeville programme promises to be exceptionally strong. A recent arrival from London is Miss Esielle Rose, who i 3 described as an International Impressionist in character songs and studies. She is said to ba one cf the most successful of Sir Benjamin Fuller's recent importations ,and seems certain of a big success in this town. Alec Kelleway, a really good baritone, is another newcomer from England, -who will be heard in a selection of new and appealing songs. One of the most sensa-. tiona! aots seen in tho Dominion of recent years will be that presented by Ben Beno, who is said to offer a most thrilling erposition cf aerial feats. That popular comedian Erneet Pitcher will be heard m a new selection of amusing etories, while Mißs Sadie McDonald 'toll continue to entertain with her acrobati-c violin playing. The box plan for this delightful entertainment is now on view at The Bristol. .
