SHIPPING NOTES. Tho Katoa is to sail to-day for Welling-, ton, Napier, and Auckland. The Ripa is to be dispatched to-day for Dunedin and Oamam. The Parera is now due to-morrow from Gisborne, and is to load ou Monday for Waikokopu, Tolaga Bay, Tokomaru Bay, and Gisborne, to the agency of Kinsey and Co., Ltd. ' ■•..'.-.;

The Storm should bo here to-morrow from Timaru, and loads on Monday for Wellington and Wanganui. Tho Ilolmdale is to sail on Monday afternoon with cargo for Wellington and Wanganui. The Gale, due here to-morrow from the north, is to sail on Monday for Dunedin and Timaru.

The Wootton loads on Monday for -Wellington. The Canopua is expected to-morrow from Weatport with coal. The Corinna will now load here otf Wednesday for Nelson and New Plymouth in place of the Opihi. Tho Wingatui is due to-morrow from Auckland and Wellington, and is to sail on Monday for Dunedin. . ~ The steamer Hollinside is at present loading jarrah at Bunbury for discharge at Dunedin, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland. She is expected to leave in about a fortnight. Cable advico reports that tho City of Winchester, which left Auckland on May Ist for London, arrived at her destination on Wednesday morning. The F.S.N. Company reports that the Ruapehu left Auckland on Wednesday night in continuation of her voyage from Liverpool, and is due at. Wellington early this morning to discharge. She completes discharge at Lyttelton and Dunedin. The New" Zealand Shipping Company's liner - Kotorua, which arrived at Lyttelton on Thursday from is to leave Lyttelton to-day for Wellington and Napier to complete her loading, and is expected to sail finally from Wellington at daybreak, on June 27th for. Southampton and London, via Vanama.

The Tutanokai leaves Wellington on Monday on an inspection trip of Southern light' houses.

The Hinemoa sailed from Auckland on Saturday evening for Niuo Island. On her return to Auckland about the .end of the month, the vessel will proceed to. Norfolk Island. In view of the number 'of passengers who have already booked passages by the Hinemoa, - it seems to point to the fact that the Norfolk Island trip will be very popular. The Koromiko will now leave Adelaide on Tuesday for Dunedin, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland.

Mr J. McNeill has joined the Flora as third mate, in succession to Mr K. G. Don. Mr B. Brown'has sneeeeded Mr C. McLeod as first m»to of the Arahura.

Mr T. Sevan is now second mate of the Kaiapoi, vice Mr T. Marshall.

Captain Bold, late of the Moeraki, is to command'the'Toiua. - • -

Mr A. Foster is now fourth mate of tho Maungamii, vice Mr A. J. McKenzio, who has joined the Ngakutn as third mate in succession to Mr J. McNeill. The Huddnrt-Parker steamer Ulimaroa was to leave Sydney yesterday with passengers, mails, and cargo for Wellington. She is due there on Tuesday next, and will sail on Juno 26th on tho return trip to Sydney. A further change in the itinerary of tho Pakeha is announced by tho Shaw-Savill Company. The vessel arrived at Wanganui on Thursday morning from Tokomaru Bay for loading, and leaves there on Monday for Wellington, being due 'there on Tuesday. She will sail from Wellington on Juno 26th for Thnaru, Lyttelton, and Bluff to complete hor cargo, and sails from Bluff on July Bth for London, via Montevideo and Teneriffe.

The Canadian Skirmisher was to have left Lyttolion for Tiraaru yesterday afternoon, and is due early this morning, to dischargo Amerifun cargo and load for New York, Boston, and Montreal. An effort will be mad? to dispatch the vessel for Dunedin to-night.

The Holmdale is due from Oamaru tonight, and will load on Monday for Lytteiton, Wellington, and Wanganui. , The Union Company now expect the Kamo from Oamaru on Monday, to load for Wellington, Napier, and Gisborne, via Lytteiton. The Karori, with Australian coal and timber for discharge, is due from Oamaru on Tuesday. The Corinna is scheduled to load hero on Tuesday for Lytteiton, Wellington, Nelson, and New Plymouth, and the Opihi ou Wednesday for Westport, via Lytteiton.
