The Belgrade correspondent of "The Times" says the Yugoslav Government has addressed a sharply-worded Note to Austria, drawing attention to the use Communists are making of Austrian territory for the purpose of propaganda against the Balkan States, also-.drawl-ing attention to Moscow's numerous diplomatic nominations to Austria.
