"Washington. reports that Mr "Wilbur (Secretary for the Navy) announces that Rear-Admiral Samuel ltobinson, commanding the Battle Fleet, will succeed Admiral Coontz as Cqmntander-iur Chief of the United States JTavy. Following upon the Pacific cruise Admiral Coontz will probably return to shore duty at Washington until his retirement three years hence.
