TATTERS ALLS' HORSE SALE. Messrs H. Mateon and Co. bad an entry of 39 'horses at their sale on Saturday. Among the entry -were a number of useful farm horses which met with, a fair demand. Hack and haraesa horses 'vero not keenly sought after, but where anything showing signs of quality was offered, good value was rraintained. The principal sales ma'de. were: For D. Miller, eight-year-old mares £9 10a, £l7, £2l' 10a; ten-year-old mare, £l7; W. H. Marsh, Hornby, horse, gig, and harness, £29 ss; 3. K. Hewson, Adcfington, rfx-•year-old hack £ll 10s; client, four-year-old mare XH, eeven-yeaiM>id gelding £35, eight-year-old gelding £3l; F. Loffhagen, Rangiora, seven-year-old mare £37, seven-year-old maro £23; H. Wellock, Papamu, seven-year-old galling £42; client, rcan maro £7.
