A Sydney message states the Gores* nor-Gonoral's motor»car, contaioinc Captains Mulholland and Lawrence, collided with, and overturned another car in the city, the three occupants of which were injured. Both cars were badly damaged. * . A Tokio cable says that Turkey ha* . approved of tho appointment of Mr Torikichi Obata as Ambassador at Constantinople. . The formal appointment will be announced shortly. A Brussels message says:—Belgium is still.without a Cabinet. The latest attempt, by M. Poulett, failed. The London "Daily Herald" states that Mr P. Collier, Premier of Westjem Australia, cabled from Ranee expressing sympathy with the Labour Party in the death of Mr J. WigaaD, M.P. Tho conference decided that in order to finance the expenses'of the Common* wealth Industrials Disputes Commit* tee, every member of affiliated unions be levied one penny towards establishing a special fund. A Molbourno cable states that William George Eesuggan was found nooj guilty on a charge or manslaughter.
