Mr Lysnar said that the importance of the Commission and its finding were bo great it's labours would hot have been wasted had double the time devoted to the enquiry been > taken. After touching on several points a question by the chairman regarding a legal principlo expounded by Mr Skerrett, K.U., brought Mr Lysnar to his feet again, and ho proceeded to deal at length with matters affecting the steamer Admiral Codringtpn. Mr Lysnar concluded hid address before lunch, and the Commission then, adjourned.
