BALLOON RACE.
ANOTHER BELGIAN WINS ON DISQUALIFICATION. (bt cable—press association—copyright.) (australian and k.z. cable association.) LONDON, June 13. It is reported that the Belgian balloon "Prince Leopold," piloted by Veenstra has been disqualified, land that the substitute Gordon-Bennett Cup goes to E. De Muyter of the "Belgia." Do Muyter hadivon the Gordon-Ben-nett Cup outright for the past three years. Veenstra .and Lieutenant Quersin, had an exciting adventure, landing in the sea at night 10 miles from the Spanish coast. They were picked up by a steamer in an exhausted stato, after drifting for six hours.
