Brush) has | received a' message from Hamilton that tho i directors of 'the ■ New • Zealand Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd., decided unanimously to transfer-all tho. equity in their contracts to tho Control Board. This refers to a contract of agency which was made regarding 5000 tons of this company's butter prior to the coming into forco-of tho Dairy Produce Export Control Act. It means that any profit-which accrues from ouch contract will be handled 'by the Board in - the. interests, of all factories when absolute control isestablished.
