The consensus of opinion in.political circles at present is that it may not.be long before Sir George Fuller decides to retire from active participation'in politics. If he does retire the leadership of the Nationalist Party will go either to the' Hon. T. B. Bavin (Attorney-General) or the Hon. T.~ J. Ley (Minister of Justice). .
