TO THS EDITOR OP "THX FUSSS." Sir,—Tlio state of Flemington avenue, off Racecourse road, in the Wauuairi County Council, is a disgrace to any local body, but when the said local body is responsible for the present condition it inakea everybody wender who controls the road. It wants to be soon to bo believed possible that any local body would rip up one road to metal another of equal length. Also, in the report of the above Council's meeting last Monday, they refused to do anything with New Brighton in regard to Racecourse road, which is a boundary road.
